The Human Resources Support Intern is responsible for providing support duties to the human resources department as needed. Human Resources Support will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative support to HR team and Management as requested
Manage planning, setup, and execution of Wellness, Birthday, Anniversary events and other programs
Complete preparation for new employees and contractors
Maintain access badges for employees, contractors, visitors and guests and perform regular audits
Primary back-up for reception when necessary
Support HR Service Desk
Must demonstrate the professional discipline to maintain confidential information
Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:
Must be detail oriented, meticulous and take ownership of responsibilities
Must be a team player and a self-motivated, independent contributor
Good working knowledge of standard computer programs
