Job description

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Support Intern is responsible for providing support duties to the human resources department as needed. Human Resources Support will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide Administrative support to HR team and Management as requested
 Manage planning, setup, and execution of Wellness, Birthday, Anniversary events and other programs
 Complete preparation for new employees and contractors
 Maintain access badges for employees, contractors, visitors and guests and perform regular audits
 Primary back-up for reception when necessary
 Support HR Service Desk
 Must demonstrate the professional discipline to maintain confidential information

Job requirements

Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:
 Must be detail oriented, meticulous and take ownership of responsibilities
 Must be a team player and a self-motivated, independent contributor
 Good working knowledge of standard computer programs
