Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Digital Services is responsible for the RAVE Digital Product Line organization. They will ensure the product line aligns with the company's priorities, business-model, ROI and product deployment plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, champion and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap of Digital Services
Oversee the development and implementation of Digital Products such as Advertising, IPTV/Streaming Video Services, eCommerce/Digital Retail Solutions, and Analytics
Create busines models that drive ancillary revenue from selling Digital Services, allowing for revenue growth for both the company and its customers
Manage the end-to-end Digital Supply Chain ensuring services can be delivered cost effectively to maximize returns
Develop and maintain relationships across the Advertising, Content Services and Media/Entertainment industries
Identify new opportunities or technologies which help to innovate and evolve the product line
Provide management level guidance in support of all strategic and operational aspects of the product line
Oversee and monitor the product life cycle
Interface with customers in support of Sales and Customer Management
Establish timelines and resources needed to achieve product line goals and commitments
Closely coordinate with other product line leadership to ensure a unified, global product vision
Job requirements
Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
12+ years of experience working in similar role
9+ years of experience working in a Management role
5-7 years of experience establishing, maintaining and fully owning department budget
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people
Aviation experience advantageous, but not required
