Job description

Candidate must demonstrate the ability to independently perform inspection in 3 or more areas competently with little or no supervision or lead support. Should have demonstrated basic knowledge of advance measurement techniques to include GD&T (ANSI Y 14.5M 1994 or more current) and electrical schematics. Should be able to perform and document normal and common FAI's per AS9102 and have an understanding of the inspection and product acceptance elements of AS9100. Advance drawing knowledge and interpretation is required. Must be able to support product acceptance testing and assure compliance to engineering, industry, and regulatory requirements as appropriate to the area being support. Be able to support and participate in RCCA events and provide input into fault Should be able to use and support product acceptance using advance measurement equipment such as Height Gage, Advance Optical Comparator use, and other equipment requiring the use of GD&T to determine product acceptance. Ability to create an inspection plan or checklist based on the product and work with Engineering to identify the KC/CI aspects of the product. Can provide team training on general items such as data entry, NCR generation or other similar tasks.

Job requirements
