PP&C Scheduler
Summary
PP& C Scheduler will perform program planning and control activities to support the government reporting efforts related to government programs. The candidate shall provide overall schedule management, analysis, and assessment to support the continued development and operation of our Master Schedules. The schedule function will entail collecting information from various contractors. Shall perform schedule analyses, assessments, and report findings.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree, with a concentration in Business Management or Engineering, 2 to 5 years' related experience preferred and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior aerospace or government project experience, preferred. Requires hands-on experience developing detailed schedules — proven ability to generate reports and data analysis.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including pivot tables, equations, graphs, and charts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Utilize scheduling software (i.e., Microsoft Project) to document and maintain the resource-loaded, critical path, logic-inked schedules, as well as analyze and integrate schedules.
  • • Document and provide schedule analysis, schedule risk analyses, and programmatic schedule assessments.
  • • Prepare and report program/project schedule metrics
  • • Provide reports comparing baseline and current schedules.
  • • Provide analysis and corrective action for variances.
  • • Understand and implement cost, schedule, and technical (scope) project management constraints.
  • • Other duties as assigned
