Establish customer relationships for development of market support structure regarded to install base of MT and all variations of its product range
Build market strategies to increase share of Maintenance / Overhaul / Repair business with existing and perspective customers
Manage and follow-up customer requests from inquiry through to delivery of service or equipment.
Actively participate in product development & brainstorming activities focused on product improvements & troubleshooting
Organize and conduct presentations, installations, trainings and/or retrofit activities of company products to current customers installed base
Writes customer visit reports for both internal and external use, follows up with all parties for necessary actions and feeds back critical impacts to the business and its products.
Establishes, advances and develops sufficient in-house R&O capability to support market needs and opportunities in efficient and professional manner
Establishes training schedules, conducts and promotes R&O employee training activities on MT product
Establishes & maintains service parts inventory in line customer expectations and agreements, and in line with Planning, Production & Management
Maintains a warranty schedule for all installed base products
Supports basic repair / overhaul / installation work activity on installed base product, both in house and at customer/supplier facility.
Provides fair & professional leadership to the department's personnel in attaining organization goals.
Plans, reviews and maintains department's budget, while continuously driving for maximum profitability
Reviews product cost, quality and workmanship on a continuous basis
Others, as required
Thorough knowledge of railway interiors market & industry developments including specific customer familiarity and personal contacts
Open-mindedness and respect to other cultures and beliefs
Advanced ability to learn, understand and analyze customer technical & commercial requirements
Advanced technical skills to learn and understand product specificities and features
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Advanced skills in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and MRP systems,

Basics knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to plan and to set priorities, and professionally manage relationships and activities with in-house personnel

Ability to articulate verbally and in writing, a variety of complex, technical and programmatic issues.
Minimum of five years of Service / Repair Business experience in the Railway industry and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of Engineering / Technical Support.
Minimum of three years' experience within a manufacturing environment required.
Minimum of three years' in Employee Management and Team Building experience.
B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field is a plus
