Safran Passenger Solution (SPS) is a tier 1 entity combining different business around 4 activities: Connected Cabin, Air Management, and Custom Cabin and Water & Waste systems
This position will be reporting to SPS branch financial controller and will mainly consist of

1. Being responsible for all consolidation aspect of a tier one entity such as
a. Supervise monthly intercompany reconciliation
b. Review and approve financial reporting from reporting unit in liaison with local CFO
c. Review and approve statutory reporting in BFC on a quarterly basis and report them
d. Ensure consistency between monthly report and statutory report
e. Assist & support all subsidiaries in their monthly reporting issues, help them to solve blocking control
f. Train subsidiaries wit new tools and group standard for consolidation
g. Participate in providing monthly financial reporting book to upper management
h. Participate in specific analysis on dedicated topic (investment analysis, Free cash flow review etc)
i. Work with Business intelligence department to optimize and improve financial reporting

Job requirements

Qualification Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
1. Should possess sound knowledge of finance, accounting and consolidation rules. First experience in a consulting agency or in a consolidation department is preferred.
2. Must have ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
3. Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel (i.e. V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables).
4. Must be able to analyze and interpret complex data, including modeling.
5. Must be able to function as part of a team
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business major with Financial Accounting coursework.
2. Requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a consolidation position
3. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Complementary description

2. Being part of a new team within a new structure this role will have to develop and support a new consolidation tool to support the consolidation process at branch level but also to ensure proper interface with Safran's consolidation tool
