You'll have the opportunity to own the payroll process, become a subject matter expert in the timekeeping system and process reporting on a local and global scale. This position contributes to our vision by:
- • Maintaining and ensuring data quality for HR records
- • Serving as the US focal for HRIS, including payroll, timekeeping, and rewards & recognition
- • Coordinating processes related to payroll, ensuring that records are submitted timely and accurately for US sites
- • Running regular internal control audits to ensure conformity of payrolls processed
- • Compiling HR related reporting for US sites, global corporate offices, and regulatory agencies
- • Performing data entry in time keeping system, databases, and HRIS for US sites, updating as necessary to ensure high quality HR data

- • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- • Requires advanced proficiency with HR report creation and data analysis
- • Requires advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- • Prefers experience with ADP Vantage
- • Strong, effective time management, interpersonal relationship building and communication skills are essential
