Boeing Contracts Administration Manager (Safran Electrical & Power USA, LLC – Everett, WA)

Job Duties: Coordinate, monitor and ensure the fulfillment of the organization's customer contracts requirements. Interpret contracts and negotiate and execute contractual obligation for aerospace programs. Prepare bundles and End Item Assemblies pricing and reviews with the customer. Prepare and execute pricing reconciliations with the customer. Manage the joint cost down initiatives (PSE/PFS) from the business case development to the implementation and sharing of savings. Negotiate, commit, execute and administer customer contracts, Statements of Works (SOW), agreements, deliverables, and amendments. Manage the cost impact assessment related to Engineering Changes and SOW changes. Provide bundles and End Item Assemblies pricing for Budget / forecast purposes. Prepare and implement pricing per contract agreements with MATIS. Monitor and manage Past Due Payments with the customer. Manage internal and external non-recurring cost agreements and debits. Support and provide input in the preparation of proposal documentation including contract type, price, payment provisions, contract terms and conditions, estimations, and negotiations for new contracts and contract extensions. Monitor and report the performance of commercial contractual agreements.

Job requirements

The position requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management, International Business Administration, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in program management for purchasing activities within the aerospace industry. [In lieu of a Master's degree and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as stated.]. All stated experience must include the following: Reviewing pricing terms of contracts and documentation; ensuring compliance with customer requirements and achievement of commitments; interpretation of parts specifications; preparation and interpretation of business cases for strategic projects; pricing escalation/de-escalation agreements, methodologies and application; contract negotiation preparations and strategies; engineering changes basic interpretation and implementation process; product pricing buildup, including rates and markups; and, forecasting and budgeting processes.
