Section Program Manager (Safran Electrical & Power USA, LLC – Everett, WA)
Job Duties: Coordinate from an engineering standpoint the integration of the 787 electrical systems between the plan, partners, customers, engineering, and productions sites. Review the engineering and production status of each bundle and provide accurate and timely bundle delivery forecast to the partners. Coordinate efforts and propose engineering solutions to resolve roadblocks that could impact deliverables. Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to resolve bundle installation issues. Prepare status reports for internal and external review, and present engineering issues to managers in charge of the wiring of the assigned airplane section. Follow guidelines of the Global Production Support (GPS) among partner, customer, and company, and oversee delivery logistics of wire bundles and ensure that proper demand and supply chain requirements are communicated to the productions sites. Provide continuous improvement initiatives for the program objectives.

Job requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in program plan investigation and resolution in an aerospace manufacturing environment. All stated experience must include: Coordinating with multifunctional groups; Presenting to leadership/upper level management; Using Microsoft Visio, Access, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OneNote; and, using SAP system software (SAP).
