Professional, Engineer & Manager
Responsible for the leadership, coordination and performance of all Maintenance Support activities for all sites worldwide.
Profiling customer needs/expectations and changes in customer priorities while developing/implementing account retention and development strategies.
Assist VP of SMS on developing long and short-term objectives for Maintenance functions and ensures they are aligned with overall company goals and objectives, including engineering innovation, quality and efficiency.
In support of Sales team and SMS project leaders, propose, develop and commission Maintenance Service solution for the customer.
Provide support in managing contract requirements and negotiations for new and existing customers including additional services.
Lead the on-site teams in order to achieve financial goals, attaining industry-related metrics of success, assisting in developing company growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive quality service, value and exceptional performance.
Assess and manage the risk associated with client relationships.
Work closely with VP of SMS on the planning, directing and forecasting all Maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain the maintenance service catalogue, the maintenance standards documentation, tools forms, and the standard training programs.
Develop and maintain the maintenance database.
Lead continuous improvement and fiabilization.
Verify design for maintenance during design phase and provide recommendations.
Travel as needed to customer sites for supporting existing maintenance projects and winning new work.
Track and document all maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, including budget.
Train and enforce safety procedures and all applicable regulations.
Develop all maintenance process and procedures.
Develop proposal documentation for Maintenance Services.
Develops and implements quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing the same and assessing quality levels achieved.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering Physics, Engineering or Engineering Management
3 years of experience in engine test cells engineering and commissioning in the aerospace industry. (In lieu of a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, will accept a Bachelor's and 5 years of experience as stated).
All stated experience must include:
- -Project engineering and project management; -----Participation in the bid proposal process and in PDR/FDR presentations
- -Making technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- -familiarity with standard corporate finance concepts such as balance sheets, EBIT, ROI, and burden rates.
